    Zengcheng Phase I 

    Guangzhou Zengcheng Pingchuan Qiaojian Smart Supply Chain Industrial Park This project follows the development trends and policies of cross-border e-commerce, integrating industrial manufacturing, freight, distribution, and warehousing. It aims to become a benchmark for “industry + logistics” in the Greater Bay Area. The project covers 88 mu (14.5 acres) with a total building area of 180,000 square meters, including 108,000 square meters of cross-border e-commerce logistics warehousing and 72,000 square meters of industrial plants.



    Zengcheng Phase II

    Guangzhou Zengcheng Pingchuan Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics Base
    Located in Guangzhou’s Zengcheng District, close to Zengcheng West Station, this project is a cross-border e-commerce logistics park, integrating industrial manufacturing, freight, distribution, and warehousing. The project covers 240 mu (39.6 acres) with a total building area of 480,000 square meters, including 385,000 square meters of cross-border e-commerce logistics warehousing, 65,000 square meters of industrial plants, and 30,000 square meters of living support facilities.



    Qingyuan Pingchuan Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics Base 

    This park is located in Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City. It aims to become a leading cross-border e-commerce logistics base in the Greater Bay Area, utilizing Pingchuan’s unique “industry and supply dual zones” development model to add new momentum to high-quality development in Qingcheng District. The project is divided into three phases, covering a total area of 1,200 mu (197 acres) with a total building area of 1.94 million square meters. The first phase covers 560 mu (92 acres), with a building area of 900,000 square meters. The second phase covers 60 mu (9.9 acres) with a building area of 160,000 square meters. The third phase covers 580 mu (95.7 acres) with a building area of 880,000 square meters.

    Pingchuan Hong Kong Wuxi Smart Technology Park

    Located in the Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Wuxi, the Pingchuan Hong Kong Wuxi Smart Technology Park is in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta. The project aims to create a new industrial city centered on industry, with production facilities and park facilities operating in harmony. Through the recruitment of industrial chain businesses, the park has become a hub for cutting-edge emerging industries in Wuxi. The project covers an area of about 380 mu (62.7 acres), with a total building area of 1 million square meters.



    Pingchuan Hengtong Suzhou Bay Big Data Smart Industry Base 

    Located in Suzhou’s Wujiang District, this project promotes the aggregation of production factors, creating a smart infrastructure cluster with a “Big Data + Industry” integrated development model. The project covers 40 mu (6.6 acres) with a total building area of 110,000 square meters. 



    Pingchuan Shanghai China-Arab Industry Park

    Located on the northern shore of the lower reaches of the Huangpu River, this park is positioned in a bustling area of Shanghai. It aims to create a smart-enabled, all-industry collaborative development zone with an integrated industrial, academic, and research ecosystem. The project covers 89 mu (14.6 acres) with a total building area of 460,000 square meters, planned for industrial and research office use.



    Pingchuan Shanghai China-Arab International Future City 

    Located on the northern shore of the lower reaches of the Huangpu River, this project is planned for research office use and aims to create a life sciences and smart manufacturing park. The project covers 134 mu (22 acres), with a total building area of 405,700 square meters.
