Qingping · Yijing Countryside Beautiful Rural Project

The Qingping Yijing Rural Beautiful Countryside project is located in Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, in a transitional zone between urban and rural areas. The project aims to capitalize on the connection between the city and nature, providing an opportunity for Qingyuan’s development by reshaping Shijiao’s cultural narrative. It will serve as a new model for rural tourism, combining modern agriculture, leisure, experiences, retreats, and homestays.
The project is based on the “4D” concept: Co-building, Co-scenery, Co-emotion, and Sharing.
    • Co-building: Regional co-development, industry co-development, environment co-development, facility co-development, service co-development
    • Co-scenery: Distant mountains, nearby water, countryside, fields of flowers, and villages
    • Co-emotion: Observe rural life (vision), listen to the sound of flowing water (hearing), taste Qingyuan chicken (taste), smell flowers in all seasons (smell), and recall the harvest of rice fields (touch)
    • Sharing: Shared spaces, shared time, shared benefits, shared culture, and shared life

  • Qingping Ruijing Hot Spring Cultural and Tourism Town Project

Qingping Ruijing Hot Spring Cultural and Tourism Town Project

The Qingping Ruijing Hot Spring Cultural Tourism Town project is planned to create an international forest resort and a world-class forest complex. Fully utilizing the unique location and ecological resources of the Qingyuan Chimelong International Tourism Resort area, the project adopts the design concepts of nature, ecology, large populations, culture, and tourism. It aims to establish a cluster of forest-themed parks, rare flora and fauna clusters, and eco-friendly resort hotels, creating a national-level breeding base for rare species.

The project is expected to invest 5 billion RMB, creating two themed areas: Yinzan and Yingzui. It will include forest self-driving exploration roads, 10 forest self-driving theme parks, and a 20,000-room themed hotel cluster. Following national and regional strategic directives, the project will highlight cultural exhibitions, economic development, wellness + medical care, smart communities, leisure and entertainment, RV campsites, vacation homestays, hot spring experience centers, and more, showcasing Qingyuan’s tourism resources and location advantages to create a premier eco-tourism destination.
