    ADFAZ’s current main business is operating the airports' free zones, a logistics park, business parks, business centers and one stop shop services, thereby attracting FDI and stimulating GDP growth across the wider Abu Dhabi Emirate.
    It is planned to divide the region into five areas, Business Park, Logistics Park, Al-Falah, Airport City and Destination Village. Among them, the Business Park covers an area of 21,782 ㎡, and the target use is high-end office suites; The Logistics Park covers an area of 913,916 ㎡, and the target use is housing space (bonded/non-bonded); The Al-Falah District covers an area of 8,317,267 ㎡ , the target use is e-commerce, retail, Ex-press and logistics; The Airport City area covers an area of 371,307 ㎡, and the target use is the Abu Dhabi Airport headquarters and the main retail sector headquarter office; The Destination Village covers an area of 1,069,395㎡, the target use is mixed use development.

    The company plans to participate in the reconstruction project of Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 in Abu Dhabi UAE, and build an "UAE-China Logistics Industrial Park" in the free trade zone around Abu Dhabi Airport. The “UAE-China Logistics Industrial Park” will build the linkage with domestic logistics infrastructure , facilitate cross-border trade and international cargo aviation, and lay the foundation for the company's global layout in the international section. 

    The “Abu Dhabi Logistics Industrial Park”, a modern logistics infrastructure built around Abu Dhabi Airport, intends to adopt smart and digital technologies to achieve systematic, professional, and centralized facility requirements, and to provide global corporate customers with integrated services，such as express delivery,assembly customs transit and port integration.
